The London Coordinating Committee to End Woman Abuse is hosting a Make It Our Business domestic violence in the workplace educational workshop.
Make It Our Business provides information and education to help employers and other workplace stakeholders 
to meet their obligations under the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act. According to the Act, employers must prevent
and respond to domestic violence in the workplace

Make It Our Business has designed a systematic ‘whole company’ approach that allows
organizations of all sizes to build skill, knowledge and confidence to address domestic violence in the workplace. 
The program provides a comprehensive engagement pathway through different levels of awareness, education and training.

This workshop will provide the most comprehensive training support for leaders to acquire critical knowledge necessary
to develop and drive a company wide program of action.
  *Prepares senior leaders and multi-department teams
  *2 Day interactive comprehensive education and skill-based practice
  *Prepares managers and supervisors to respond to early warning signs and engage in effetive conversations with employees at risk
